• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid identification documents, proof of address, and selfie verification.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the Player's ug555 account balance to their designated bank account or approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings from promotional offers can be withdrawn.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use ug555 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. 4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

4.3 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify ug555 customer support. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, but we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ug555 implements mandatory Know Your Customer procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud. You must submit the following documents for verification:

• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 3 months) showing your residential address

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ug555 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking institutions: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly and reflected in your account balance immediately. Deposits via CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP may take up to 15 minutes. 5.3 Source of Funds

Deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit refusal and account suspension.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits unless otherwise authorized by ug555 compliance team.

6.2 Processing Times

ug555 processes most withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours during business days. Withdrawals requested during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and extended processing time up to 72 hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.4 Withdrawal Cancellation

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on ug555 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term returns calculated over millions of game rounds.

8.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bets before confirmation. ug555 is not liable for errors in bet selection made by the Player. 8.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities

11. Limitation of Liability

ug555 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. 13. Account Termination

ug555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to platform integrity. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds or winnings obtained through prohibited means) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations.
